I always believe by staying positive and focusing on all the skills of the game...the little things, each player will be more rounded, and thus more successful in their own progression through hockey. One of my quotes is "Success through skill development".

The satisfaction of watching a player progress and improve over a 7-month period/season is unmatched in any sport...this is where my passion and love for hockey sits. Working with players and recognizing them as individuals is a strength of mine...finishing every comment with something positive is how you get more out of a player.

Involved in youth hockey in the City of Cranston, R.I. for more than 40 years, David Bucci is the general manager of the Cranston Veterans Memorial twin rink facility.

Bucci brings with him the management expertise, playing experience and coaching skills needed to succeed.

A Cranston native from a large, hockey-playing family, Bucci is a 1982 graduate of Cranston High School East where he was the school’s first three-time captain. Upon graduation, he moved on to New England College in Henniker, N.H., where he was a two-time captain. Today, Bucci runs the “Dave Bucci Spring and Summer Hockey Clinic” at the Cranston rink. Bucci resides in East Greenwich, R.I. with his wife and three children
